Welcome to Wichita Falls and United Country! You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team to find the right new owner for your property or help you find that piece of land or home you’ve always dreamed of owning.
I’m very proud to call myself a Texas native. Although I’m not from Wichita Falls, I sure did get here as fast as I could 8 years ago. In fact, some of my family members have moved here because they have loved the town while visiting us. The best part of Wichita Falls is the nice friendly people, family atmosphere everywhere you go, and the great support for the community. The opportunities for self-growth is endless in Wichita Falls. The cities famous saying of “Blue Skies. Golden Opportunities” stands true each and every day. We are all so blessed so have such key features in Wichita Falls such as Sheppard Air Force Base, Midwestern State University, Vernon College, Cryovac, Alcoa Howmet, Lake Wichita Revitalization Project, Lake Arrowhead State Park, Hotter N Hell 100 Cycling event and other endless entities that make this community truly amazing.
Growing up on a 9-section ranch in southwest Texas has taught me a great deal over the years, especially working hard and appreciation for God’s green earth. I greatly enjoy interacting with people. That is my passion and I believe I was put on earth to serve. What a deal because I feel like I get to do that every day in real estate. Whether I’m helping a seller get their home ready to be sold because they are needing to down size or a growing family needing more room, resting assured their home will get sold in a timely manner. Or helping buyers find their lifestyle property they have always dreamed of owning, I am definitely here to help in any way I can. I have taken great pride in putting myself through college at Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX which has one of the highest Princeton accredited business schools in the nation, receiving my undergraduate business degree in marketing! A subject I get to apply every day in the real estate industry. Later after graduation, I pursued my dream of MBA at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Boy, is it flat there but Wreck Em’ Tech! Although I didn’t get to finish my masters due to moving to Wichita Falls for my husbands job, I have furthered my education in real estate by pursuing the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
Earning the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Only a very small percentage of Texas real estate agents have tackled this long course.
Giving back to the community has always been important. Currently, I'm involved in several organizations in Wichita Falls: Wichita Falls Association of Realtors® - Board of directors, Hands to Hands Community Foundation - Board of Directors, Hospice of Wichita Falls - Alliance Group, North Texas Home Builder Association Member and Membership Committee, Wichita Falls Association of Realtors (WFAR) - Secretary Treasurer and WFAR TREPAC member. In 2016, I received the WFAR Rising Star Award.
When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, shooting sporting clays, cycling, spending time with my 3 (4) -legged children, shopping locally around Wichita Falls, traveling with my husband and learning new things.
Enough about me! What about you? How can I help you? My cell phone is 325-656-7886 and I look forward to your call. Thank you and God bless.
